This Direct Marketing Communications Rules and Privacy Notice has been prepared to inform you regarding the processing, storage and transfer of the personal data you have shared by “Shaya Kahve Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi” (“Shaya Kahve”) within the scope of the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection (“PDP Law”), for the purposes of sending direct marketing communications with content relating to services, promotions, announcements, events, advertisements, campaigns and similar matters, and conducting other marketing communication activities.
Your identity (name, surname) and contact (e-mail address, telephone number) data will be processed for the purposes of conducting communication activities, conducting marketing and analysis activities, and conducting advertising/campaign/promotion processes, based on the direct marketing consent requirement pursuant to Article 12 of the PDP Law in order to send direct marketing electronic communications to you via e-mail and text message (SMS). Your personal data will be transferred to authorized persons, institutions and organizations, limited solely to these purposes.
